the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton -this 21st day
of July, 1926, upon the petition of `.7arren E. White and wife,
to vacate the alley running tdorth and South through Babb's
First Addition to Decatur-, Kitsap County, Uashington, and the
said commissioners of the city of Bremerton, being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is therefore
RESOLVED, that this petits on be heard on the. l
day of August, 1926, at the hour of ten o' :look A. 11. , in the
Commissioners' Rooms, in the city hall of Bremerton, 1 �vashington ;
sad that notice of said hearing by posted by the City Clerk
of the City of Bremerton in three of the most public places in
said City of Bremerton, and a like copy of said notice be posted

said notices shall contain a statement stating that a petition
has been filed to vacate said alley, which said alley shall be
described in said notice, together with a statement fixing the
time and place for hearing said petition.

Gentlemen:

property located in and described as
Bubb's First Addition to Decatur, Kitsap County,
lWashingt on,
do hereby petition your honorable Commission to vacate the alley
running forth and South through the center of said Addition, for
the reason and on the ground that We own all of the property on each
side of said :alley and are desirous of using the entire additiion for
other purposes and said alley constitutes a menace thereto.
1.7e wish to show your honorable commission that
said alley is of not benefit Fihatsoever to any person as there is
no ingress to said alley nor egress therefrom and the public has no
use therefor or therefrom.

that said alley be vacated, in the manner and form as provided by
law.
