A RESOLUTION
A Resolution creating a special fund pursuant to Chap ter,167
Session Laws of 1919 of the State of 'fflashington, for local improve-
ment districts of said City.
BE IT Rj;,SOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF BREME
,`;ASHINGTON;
Section 1. That pursuant to Chapter 167 Session Laws of 1919 of
the State of Washington, there is hereby created a special fund for
local improvement districts in said City of Bremerton, to be known as
L. I. D. Shortage Fund.
Section 2. That there shall be included in the budget for the
year 1927 an amount not exceeding one -half mill of the assessed val-
uation of the taxable property within said City and that such sum
shall be placed in said fund and shall be used by t)ie City Treasury
for the purpose of applying on and taking care of any shortages which
may exist from time to time in the local improvement districts of
said City.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton this
day of August, 1926.
