CJhereas; It is necessary to protect the people of the
City of Bremerton,who own the later System,iherefore be it
Resolved,By the CitW Council of the City of Bremerton in
session assembled, 'fhat the Superintendent of the Water
Department is hereby instructed to make no more service
connections to property lying outside of the Corporate
limits of the Cities of Bremerton and Charleston.
Provided,that, the adoption of this Resolution
shall in no way effect existing agreements for water
service which are obligations of the Cite of Bremerton.
