able improved - real property in the City of Bremerton, va•hich is exempt
from taxation and assessment, and
the said corporation has pro_oosed to enter into a
contract ,ith the City of Bremerton, whereby it agrees to pay to the
City of Br:; ::c:z each year during the dur=ation of said contract, a Mm
equal to the mount of taxes and special assessments levied on such
