Soc. 1. That -the pnbiio interest recntires the following
irnprovevent to be made.

Sea. 2. ''hat it is the intention of the City `'ounoil ' of the
city of 1/ remarton to order the improvement of i'ourth Street
from the ti margin of park Avenue east to the east margin of
Avenue
. Washington *ate, and Washington Avenue from the North margin-
of ?aatkth Street, south to the ,north margin of Burwell r?.vonue,
by grading, and by pavigg full width, With a one . r,ourse concrete
pavement, and by combined concr „te curbs and gutters on each side
of said street, together with all clearing and grubbing, the
repairing and roconstruc;tion of sewers, and the c onntruc:tion of
sewer 1n .Ste. to the property line where necessary, and the doing
of all work nooeusary to finish yano in a good and workmanlike
manner, and to do such other and further work in oonneotion there-
. with as is nooessary to make said improvement; a complete jobip •
all in aeoo•iance with the plans and Specifications to by placed
on filo in tho office of city Clerk of tho city of Bremerton.
See. 3. The City Engineer of the city of Brorierton is hereby
directed to submit to the city Council, at or rrior to the date
fixed for hearing protests to said improvement, the estimated
cost and expense of Maid improvement, and a statement of the pro-
portionate amount thereof which should be bornsgby the property wit
in the proposed assessment district and a statement of the aggre-
gate assessed valuation of the real agitate exclusive of imrpove-
manta within said prop®ed district according to the value last
Dittoed upon it for purposes of general taxation, together with
a Riagran or print showing thereon the lots, traete and parcels
of land and other property which will be specially benefitted and.
the estimated Amount of the cost and expense of said improvement
to be borne by each lot, ' tract or parcel of land or other property.
