BE IT RESOLV1T BY TIN CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF
BR ERTON:
That the hearing on the petition of E. Klinghammer and
other owners of property abutting on the alley in Block Pour
(4) of the Original Platof Bremverton for th vacation of said
alley be and the same is hereby fixed at eight O'clock 77 . M.
of Monday, the 24th day of November, 191'), and the City Clerk
is hereb directed to give notice to all interested persons
as prescribed by law to file protests and. a gear at the City
Hall at said hour and ay day to enter thier objections, if
any, to said vacatio4.
