Be t resolved by the City Council of the City of
1 Bremerton:
2 That the hearing on the petition of J. Jacobson as owner
3 of the property abutting upon tie alley in Block
4 of
5 for the vacation of said alley be and the same is hereby fixed
6 a t eight o'clock P. M. on :;,dnday, the 23d day of February, 19T0,
7 and the city clerk is hereby directed to give notice to all in-
8 terested persons as prescribed bar law to file protests and
9 appear at the city hall at said hour and day to enter their
10 objections, if any, to said vacation.
