BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, in re session asseaabled., that where private individuals who
plat property either in or adjacent to the City of Lremerton, and iay
water mains, laterals and services at their own expense, and dopire to
connect such liains, laterals and services with the Municipal water
system or this City, and are willing to enter into a contract with the
City to transfer its, his ortheir title and interest in water
raains, laterals and services to tie Oity of Bremerton, free and clear
ifroal all ciaias of any person wholasoever, in consideration that the
City aeralit sach connection and - .1arnish said waten to - such mains,
laterals anC, services, that the aiayor, Clerk an&a.;ater auperintendent
are hereby authorized to enter into such contract with such individuals,
under the conditions and provisions as herein specified, and are hereby
authorized to sign the name of the City of aremerton; and all such
contracts so entered into are heaeby ratified, confirmed and ayaorove.
