A RE OLUTION of the City Council of the City of Bremerton
fixing the time and place for the hearing of a petition to vacate
park Avenue between Fourth Street and Burwell Avenue, a portion
of the alley in Block 14 and a portion of the alley in Block 19
of tho Original Town of Bremerton:

1. That July , at the hour of ,cight
o'clock p.m., in the Council Clambers in the City 1x11 of the
City of Bremerton, be and the same aro hereby fixed as the time
and place for the hearing of the petition of the property owners
now filed with the City Clerk for the vacation of Park Avenue
between Fourth Street and Burwell Avenue, a portion of the 11ey
in Block 14 and a portion of the alley in Block 19 of the
Original Town of Bremerton, Washington.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of the pendency of said petition and the time and place of said
hearing by posting notice thereof in three of the most public
places in eaid city, and a like notice in a oonepiouous place
on the avenue and alleys sought to be vacated.
