4 BE IT RESOLV' by the City Council', of the City of Bremerton
5 as follows; that the Mayor and City Clerk bdgem and they are
6 hereby authorized assign the claim of the City of Bremerton
Ji 7 against the Independent Transfer Company to 1 , �
8 for the purpose of collecting, bringing suit on and discharging
9 the same, and for the purpose to sign said assignment in the
10 name of the City of Bremerton, and affix the seal of the said
11 City thereto.

13 passed by the City Council this 25th day of October A.D.1920,
14 and signed by the Mayor and City Clerk in authentication of its
15 passage.
