Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
That the Ma And Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
directed to emrloy F. tV. Moore Esq., as special counsel and
attorney to assist the City Attorney in the trial or disposition of the
case of 4.. Finn and J. i. Finn, Plainti vs. the City of
7remerten., Defendan t now pr-ricli ng in the Superi or ourt of Washinc:ton fo
for Kitsap Cpunty, same being a da:nage st for personal inure
in the sum of Twenty. five Thousand. Dollaa upon e:ndi ti on the said
P. T. Moore shall be paid• the sum of Two Hundrel and Fifty ($250.00)
for his serlives, being ,:1100 payable when the confront is executed
and $150 when the case is tried or dismissed in the Superior Court, the
City to bear the usual legal expenses inc.ide,nt to suits, which are
not payaboe by the attorney, such as preparing the record., securing the
attenlance of witnesses etc.
Passed by the City Council and approved by me this 13th day
of December 1920.
