WtiiREAS, heretofore the owners of the hereinafter described
property granted a :right of way over said property along the meander
line, to the city of Bremerton, Wash., for a street, same to be
thirty (30) feet wide, and
WHEREAS, subsequent thereto the city established a street
over certain of said property, but not along the Meander line, and
that said great of right of way to said city casts a cloud upon
the title to said property,
NOW T? ER P0RE be and it hereby is
RESOLVED that the city of Bremerton release all claim of
. interest in and to the following described property to:w;.t:
R. 1. W. M.
A part of Lot 1, Sec. 13, Twp. 24, N. R
described as follows: Beginning East o S. E W

ner of Lot 1, Sec. 13, Twp. 24, N.
said point is the starting point of this tract;
thence running South 120 feet; thence East 320 feet
more or less to the Government meander line; thence
in a Northwesterly direction along said meander line
to a point due East of the place of beginning, thence
West to the place of beginning, Kitsap County, Wash,
except that part now occupied by and known as Sheldon Boulevard,
and that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
and deliver a quit claim deed to said property to A. W. Rasmussen .
the record owner.

15th day of November, 1921.
