Be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton:
That the Mayor and, City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed .to assign and transfer all the right
title and interest of the city in and to those certain proper-
ties included in Local Improvement Dietriot Sfl. 60 trammmx*.
Szxwt of which the City hue and owns a Certificate of
Purchase for delinquent assessments in said diatriot to P.
E. Sullivan of Seattle , Washington, the owner of certain
bonds in said district, and to cause the earns to be tendered
to the eaid P. E. Sullivan in payment of said bonds and all
of them on the payment to the city of the state and county
taxes levied against said properties and paid by said ,pity.
Passed by the City Commieeirn of the City. of Bremerto
in regular session assembled and signed by the Mayor and attest
..ed by the C10 Clerk in authentication of euoh passage this
4th day of January 1922.
