That the hearing • on the petition of H. H. Ellis and
c1. L. Rea and other owners of 'property ab$tting on that certain
alley on the youth side of Block One (1) Naval Addition to Decatur
and also the alley running North and :youth through said .Block One
(1) Naval Addition to 1)edatur, situated in East Bremerton, i'itsap
County, Washington, for the vacation of said alley, be, and the same
is hereby fixed at 10 o'clock .A.LI. of arednesday, the 29th day of
i.Isrch, A.D. 1922, and the city clerk is hereby directed to give
notice to all interested persons as prescribed by law to file pro-
tests and appear at the city Hall at said hour and day to enter
their objections, if any, to said vacation.
Passed land adopted by the City Commission of the city
of Bremerton, this lst day of ?.leach, A.D. 1922.
