Sc. 1. That the,.maps, plans specifications prepared and
submitted by the city engineer of said city for the construction of
trench for the laying of a water main'in Section Twenty-eiFht (28)

lownship Twenty-four (24) Lorth, .l-ange One (1) East W.M., in the
county of Ilitsap, '.-3tate of vqashington, be and the same are hereby
ratified, ::::pproved and adopted.
Sec. 2• That the city clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to call for bids 'for the construction of said trench, accord-
ing to such plans and specifications, by notice published in the
official newspaper of said city, accordia: to law, Lnd provide that
said bids will be opened at a regul 2 ar meet ; of the city comrAssion,
