Sec. 1. That the maps, plarls and specifications prerA by
the city engineer of the city of Bremerton, for the repair of the
sidewitlk in front of and abutting on Lot Fifteen (15) Block Seven
(7) of the original town of Bremerton, be and the same are hereby
SID roved and ratified.
Sec. 2. Tt the commissioner of streets and ...;.--4Ars be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to repair such sidc,:alk
according to such plans and specifications and to subit to tiLis com-
Jiission on or before Iiay 31, 1922, an assess.ient roll showing the
names of the owners of the property abutting said repairs, the des-
cription of said proi?erty and costs of said repairs, Lad the amount
of said assessment against said property for said repairs.
Passed by the city cowlission, signed by the mayor and lttest-
god by the city clerk in authentication of such passaEe, this 27th
day of April, 192L.
