SUMMARY: Chapter 3.68 of the Bremerton Municipal Code entitled "Equipment Rental Reserve
Fund" will be updated to clarify the operation and administration of the fund. The proposed
amendment establishes ownership of the vehicles and equipment within the fund as belonging to the
fund, assigns the Director of PW&U the responsibility of administering the fund, and identifies what
is included in the equipment use charges assessed to each user department.
