SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Wheaton Way/Schley Canyon Slope
Repair" will be opened on August 30, 2010. The Engineer's Contract Estimate for this project was
$550,000. � bids were received for this project. cT nSe v� ,�v� L. was the lowest
responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of $�t��jt� }�including estimated sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Construction of this project is funded by FHWA.
This project is identified in the 2010 Budget. The total project cost is estimated at $735,000. 13.5%
match is required. Funds are available in the Arterial Street fund.
