Group, LLC to develop a Resource Department: PW&U Engineering

SUMMARY: Three qualified firms listed on the MSRC consultant roster were selected to interview
to perform Resource Conservation Management services. Based on experience with similaz projects,
Cascade Power Group, LLC was selected as the most qualified firm to provide the Resource
Conservation Management services.
ATTACHMENTS: 1.) Council Summary; 2.) Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The cost for the Resource Conservation
Management Services will be $90,000 per year. Total grant funding is $71,000 for the l year and
$46,000 for the 2 year. Based on the Interlocal Agreement the City of Bremerton will be responsible
for 60% of the remaining balance. This balance will be paid out of the general water, wastewater and
stormwater utility funds.
