SUMMARY: A call for bid was issued for the construction of the Avenue Plaza parking garage
with bid openings on 8/5/10. It is recommended that the bid be awarded to the lowest responsible
bidder with a bid within the bond funds available for the contract and is further recommended that the
construction Contract Agreement be executed.
ATTACHMENTS: Bid Tabulation and Contract Agreement:
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This contract is funded by the previously
approved, authorized and executed LTGO bond proceeds and is included in the current 2010 budget.
