SUMMARY: The Janitorial Services Contract of Public Works & Utilities has expired. The City is
seeking to accept the Washington State Contract for Janitorial Services to obtain best available pricing
for these services. The State Contract Award is with A-1 Performance, Inc., Aberdeen, WA. The
department requests approval of the Janitorial Services Contract #00508 for one (1) year from
September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2011.
