SUMMARY: The Maintenance Agreement for Elevator Service of Public Works & Utilities is due
to soon expire. This new agreement with Thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation, University Place,
Washington, will consolidate all current and future service accounts, standardize dates & reduce costs
for maintenance services. The department requests approval of the Maintenance Agreement for five
(5) years from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2015.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Incluc�e Budgeted Amount): Funds are budgeted for the current budget year
and would be budgeted for the remaining term of the contract. $45,000.00 Annually
