SUMMARY: The City has requested proposals for a city wide Grinder Pump System Maintenance
Agreement. Three proposals were received by the due date of July 9, 2010. Proposals were judged
by a City evaluation team. City staff has determined that Correct Equipment, Inc. has the experience
and expertise to provide services as detailed in the Grinder Pump System Maintenance Agreement.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): All fees paid under this contract will be collected
from property owners through a Grinder Pump Service Account as a surcharge through the normal
billing process. No additional funds from the City will be required.
