SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC 20.48.060 "Residential Parking Development Standards" as follows:
1) Reduce parking setbacks to 3' on side and rear lot lines;
2) Clarify setbacks associated to alleys; and
3) Allow required parking to be located in driveways.
