SUMMARY: The City's Industrial Accident Self-Insured Status requires the City to have and '
maintain a safety program. The City's Safety and Health Committee is responsible for supervising and
enforcing the City's Accident Prevention Program. The proposed Resolution reorganizes the
membership of the City's Safety and Health Committee to more effectively and efficiently respond to
the City's safety needs. �I
