Washington (hereinafter "Grantor") and Phyllis Summers, Marie Stuart, Raymond Midence,
Martin Lewis and Jadwiga Kellock (hereinafter "Grantees").
Grantor for and in consideration of mutual benefits derived andlor other valuable
