� SUMMARY: This grant will provide for the removal & replacement of existing lighting with
energy efficient lights and installation of motion sensor controls in five (5) city buildings. We will
also install energy efficient windows within the Puget Sound Naval Museum. Total cost of this work
is estimated to be $118,318. Total EECBG funds available are $118,318. In addition to this grant, the
City will receive funds from Puget Sound Energy based on total savings from future energy costs,
currently estimated to be $85,410. Total Grants from EECBG and the matching PSE Grant is
estimated to be $203,727.58

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The work funded by this grant is not included in
the budget. Expenses incurred based on the scope of work will be reimbursed following completion
of the work. No matching funds from the City are required to implement the upgrades.
