SUMMARY: The Human Resource Manager, Carol Conley, signed a voluntary separation
agreement with a separation date of June 30, 2010. Due to a-change in the position responsibility and
salary, the position will not be filled by the time Ms. Conley is scheduled to retire. An amendment
has been negotiated with Ms. Conley that extends her separation date in order to allow for time to
successfully fill the position.
