the CITY OF BREMERTON, a Washington municipal corp •ation of Kitsap County, State of
Washington (hereinafter "Grantor") and Harrison Medical Center (hereinafter "Grantee").
Grantor for and in consideration of mutual benefits derived and/or other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby aclrnowledged by Grantor, does by these presents grant,
convey, release and quit claim forever unto Grantee, its successors and/or assigns, all its right, title
and interest in and to that certain water easement as shown on, under and upon the east line of
Parcel l, Block 4, of the recorded plat for Third Addition to Sheridan Park, as recorded in Volume
8 of the book of plat, Page 64, records of Kitsap County, Washington, between the cul-de-sacs for
Poplar and Hickory Streets;
