SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Lions Park Renovation" were opened
on May 18, 2010. The engineer's estimate for this project is $1,284,760.50. Three bids were received
for this project. Stan Palmer Construction was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of
$1,252,060.00 (including sales tax).
