S�JNIMAItY: On April 21, 2010, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 5109 authorizing the
issuance and sale of the City's Limited T� General Obligation Bonds, 2010, in the principal amount
of not to exceed $9,600,000. This resolution establishes the terms of the sale of the bonds.
