for the remodel of the property on the south Department: Executive
east corner of 6` & Pazk (formerly Kitsap Presenter: Gary Sexton

SUMMARY: Construction Agreement with James H Robinson & Co., Inc. for the Remodel of the
future Municipal Court building located at the south east corner of 6`" & Park Ave, Bremerton
(formerly Kitsap Bank Branch), pursuant to the drawings (dated May 6 2010) as provided by Rice
Fergus Miller, Architects.
ATTACHMENTS: Public Works Agreement between the City of Bremerton and James H Robinson
Co., Inc.
FISCAL IMPACTS: Contract amount of $260,000 plus any applicable tax is to be paid from the
allocated $650,000 Municipal Court Remodel Budget (funded by the LTGO Bond proceeds that will
close on May 28` 2010).

Move to approve the Public Works Construction Agreement between the City of Bremerton and
James H Robinson Co., Inc. and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
� substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
