SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton has provided water service to the Rocky Point Water District
for over 50 years. Since 1960 the City has also provided the operation and maintenance of the water
system for the district by contract. The ageement, last signed in 1998, has been updated as required
and is next due for review in 2415.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed update of the water service contract between the City of Bremerton
and the Rocky Point Water District.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Rocky Point customers are charged the outside
city water rates. The District pays the city $1,901.52 per year for providing billing services.
