SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Title 20 specifically:
1) BMC 20.40 Figure B— Comprehensive Plan / Zoning Consistency by adding the zoning districts
City Utility Land and Industrial Park to the Comprehensive Plan Designation of Industrial.
2) Adding "Community Facilities" to three zones; Low Density Residential (20.60), City Core
Residential (20.78), and Multiple Residential (20.79) in the same way as religious facilities are
currently permitted within these zones.
