SUMMARY: Harrison Hospital has asked the City to vacate a ten foot water easement for a water
main. The easement is depicted on the face of the plat of the Third Addition to Sheridan Park. A
review of City records found the easement to have never been utilized by the City, nor does it appear
likely that the City would ever need the easement. As such, staff supports this request.

Move to approve the Release of Easement and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the Release
of Easement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
