SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve Phase I of the Bay Vista Final Plat. The
Council previously took action on this project by approving the Bay Vista Sub-Area Plan through
Ordinance 5077 in February 25, 2009. Preliminary Plat approval was granted by the Administrative
Hearings Examiner in July 9, 2009 for the subdivision of 82 acres. This proposal is for only a portion
of the subdivision and will grant final approval for 8 acres which include �ib lots, 5 associated open
space tracts and Right-of-Ways. The applicant has met all of the conditions �of the Preliminary Plat
approval for this phase and therefore the City Engineer and Community Development Director are
recommending Final Plat approval.
