SUMMARY: As part of the development of l and Pacific Avenue and redevelopment of 190
Pacific Avenue, the City has initiated a boundary line adjustment to allow better use of the site. To
implement the boundary line adjustment, Quit Claim Deeds must to be executed and accepted in
conjunction with the boundary line adjustment.
