SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton is constructing Sewage Pump Station SB3 at 3791 State
Highway 3 W as part of the Gorst Sewerage Project. An easement �is necessary to provide power to
the site. The requested action before the City Council is for granting an easement to Puget Sound
Energy for installing and maintaining an underground power vault at the SB3 site to supply power to
the pump station.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The 2010 Budget for the Gorst Sewerage Project
is $5,200,000. This is a no-cost easement.
