SUMMARY: As part of the development of the 1 St and Pacific Plaza and redevelopment of 190
Pacific Avenue, the City has initiated the vacation of an alley between 1 St and 2 Streets, East of
Pacific Avenue to allow better use of the site. This date has been scheduled for a public hearing in
accordance with state law and the Bremerton Municipal Code on the proposed ordinance vacating the
subject property. In accordance with BMC 11.20.080(d), no compensation is required.
