SUMMARY: The State requires that every three years cities must submit to Washington State
Department of Transportation a street rating and maintenance plan. The agenda bill is to contract with
MRC for this plan.
ATTACHMENTS: 1. Council Summary; and 2. Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The funding for the Plan is provided for in the
2010 Arterial Streets budget. The cost for this contract is $41,207.
