1) Accepting payment oti $290,000 in satisfaction ot' jud�ment;
2) Reducing balance of stormwater fees of subject property to �0;
3) Accepting grant of utility easement to City at defendant's Gorst
property;
And authorize City Attorney to prepare, and sign settlement documents and
pleadings to tinalize the settlement.
