SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Pacific Avenue Improvements" were
opened on January 28, 2010. The Engineer's Contract Estimate for this project was $525,000. 5 bids
were received for this project. Titan Earthwork was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a �
bid of 435,000 (including estimated sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Construction of this project is funded by Arterial
Street Fund. This project is identified in the 2010 Budget. The total project cost is estimated at
$890,000.

' the same terms and conditions as presented.
