SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Evergreen Park Expansion Soil
Preload" were opened on �� �p �. The Engineer's Estimate for this project was $136,756.00.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Construction of this project is funded by a
combination of an ALEA grant and a WWRP Local Parks grant. This project is part of the Evergreen
Park Redevelopment. The budgeted amount for the total redevelopment project is identified in the
2010 Budget as $2.2M. � ,
