SUMMARY: In 2009, the Bremerton Arts Commission completed a banner project featuring work
of local artists. Because of the low production cost, the Commission was able to purchase more
banners than were originally estimated which exceeds the number of available street light poles with
integrated banner arms. The Arts Commission is seeking permission to purchase additional banner
arms to be used on street light poles without integrated banner arms to bring art to other areas of the
city with the first priority given to Callow Avenue and Evergreen Park. i ___ _

$53,901.00; purchase of banner arms plus applicable tax and shipping not to exceed $2,000.00
