OUTSIDE UTILITIES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the Bremerton Municipal Code requ�res property outside the city boundaries to support
� annexahon to the City of Bremerton as a condition for receiving City utiliries (BMC 15.02.040 and 15.03.040); and
WHEREAS the City of Bremerton has a primary obhgahon to its citizens to allocate lunited service resources
for adequate growth and development within the City; and � �
WHEREAS the undersigned, as owner of a parcel outside the City of Bremerton, has made apphcahon for city
uriliries;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned owner (heremafter "Owner") of real property located at 6434 B W
• Belfair Valley Rd., Bremerton, Kitsap County, Waslvngton, (heremafter "Property"), legally descnbed as:

and the City of Bremerton (hereinafter "City"), ui considerarion of the mutual covenants set forth herem including the
fiuiushing of utility services by the City of Bremerton, do hereby prorruse and agree as follows:
1. Services Provided. City of Bremerton shall provide uhhty services consistent wrth service areas defined by
the City comprehensive ufility plans as amended, and terms and condirions of a current Letter of Availability from the
Bremerton Uhhhes Department.
2. Rates and CharQes. Owner shall pay when due all connechon charges, assessments, and rates estabhshed

for city uhlity services by City orduiance for the Owner's user class. �
3. Use. Development of the property descnbed above shall comply with the uses and development standards
of City of Bremerton comprehensive land use plan adopted pursuant to RCW 35.13.177 and any adopted subdivision
and street standards of the City of Bremerton.
4. Unlitv Improvements.
Sewer service for a single family residence.
5. Annexation. Owner, by sigxung below, grants to the City of Bremerton a Luzuted Power of Attorney to
mclude this Agreement as Owner's consent to the annexation of the Property as part of any Notice of Intent or Petition
for Annexarion presented to the City of Bremerton.
The annexarion perition supported by this Power may include proportional assurnprion of the City mdebtedness
by the area to be annexed. The peririon shall requ�re the concurrent adoprion of land uses designated in any urban fringe
comprehensrve plan approved for the annexarion area pursuant to RCW 35.13.177, or if none has been adopted, the land
uses for annexed property as set forth in the Bremerton Zoning Code as amended.
This Power of Attorney is nonrevocable.
6. Enforcement. Violarion of tlus Agreement may result in the immediate termination of uhlity services to the
above-described property as well as other remedies provided by law.
7. Covenants. The undersigned further agrees that ttus Agreement and the promise made herem constitute a
covenant running wrth the land and shall be bmding upon the undersigned and his he�rs, successors, and assigns, and that
ttus Agreement shall be filed for record in the office of the Kitsap County Auditor.
