RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to authorize the purchase of real property located at 190
Pacific Avenue for development of the l�` and Pacific Plaza and to authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the Purchase and Sa1e Agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented and further to execute any and all other documents necessary to complete the purchase of
said property.
