SUMMARY: The Bremerton City Council adopted the 2009 annual City budget by Ordinance No.
5071 on December 17, 2008. On April l, 2009, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 5079,
amending Ordinance No. 5071 to reduce appropriations due to reduced revenue. Subsequently, certain
actions have been taken and conditions change since the budget adoption and amended budget
adjustment which had an impact on the City's 2009 budget - resulting in the need tct amend the 2009
budget. °

provided on the December 9, 2009 Council Study Session.
