SUMMARY: Dillon Works will design, engineer, fabricate, deliver and install a pair of custom
sculptures on opposite corners of 4�' and Pacific. T'he sculptures are approximately 14 feet ta11 and
depict a whimsical fish catching a fisherman. Dillon Works will provide all design, labor, materials,
and equipment necessary to complete the project.
ATTACHMENTS: DesignBuild Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Dillon Works and
sample drawings of the sculptures.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Contract total, including sales t� is $250,000.00.
Funded in full through the Capital Development Grant administered by CTED, contract # 08-96105-
