SUMMARY:
The Food and Beverage Agreement at Gold Mountain Golf Club with Scott Alexander's Golf Shop
Inc. expires on December 31 This amendment modifies the compensation clause and extends
the agreement for one additional year and to Dec.31 S `, 2010.
The modification to compensation removes Section 7. l. a. requiring the Contractor to be paid an
annual sum for operation of Food and Beverage sales. The clause is no longer required owing to the
refinancing of the Gold Mountain debt.
