SUMMARY:
The lease agreement with Scott Alexander's Golf Shop Inc. for the Pro Shop, Cart Pad and Driving
Range at Gold Mountain Golf Club expires on December 31 S `, 2009. T'his amendment extends the
agreement for one additional year to December 31, 2010.
The extension allows the City and Scott Alexander's Pro Shop Inc. an opportunity to enter into
negotiations to reach a master agreement for Golf operations at Gold Mountain that reflects the
opportunities presented by the refinancing of Gold Mountain debt.

I move top approve the amendment to the Gold Mountain Pro Shop, Ca�Pad and Driving Range
Lease extending the lease to December 31 St , 2010.
and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
